FINAL FANTASY KING TO RULE OVER SCI-FI SCARBOROUGH
Sci-Fi Scarborough stalwart Jon Campling will be returning to the popular Sci-Fi Expo for the whole weekend at Scarborough Spa in 2018.
Fans of FINAL FANTASY are in for a real treat with a chance to meet none other than the Incredible KING REGIS himself, Yorkshire born Actor JON CAMPLING. As well as providing his regal face, Jon did ALL the motion capture for both REGIS & ARDYN AZUNIA In the stunning FFXV feature film KINGSGLAIVE. Come say hi & #WalkTall with the King of Lucis. For non FF fans Jon was also the SPECSAVERS Ads guy (with the umbrella) and as a DEATHEATER he stopped the mighty HOGWARTS EXPRESS to kidnap Luna Lovegood for Voldermort in HARRY POTTER DH1. Jon is delighted to return for his 4th year and as usual will also be raising money for his charity #INVESTinME.
Jon will also be holding his now legendary Wand Workshops with 2 planned over the weekend and a maximum of 10 per session, booking details will be released nearer the time.

Sci-Fi Scarborough is back for the fifth year in the beautiful Victorian Spa Complex over a full weekend with their brilliant mix of amazing guests, authors, movie & TV props, console, retro & table top gaming, comic book artists, indie films, Cosplay competition, panels, software developers, geek pub quiz, live music, collectible traders & Saturday night party, it’s the unconventional convention, run by the fans, for the fans.
The event runs from Saturday 21st April 10am-5pm with the geek pub quiz, party & live music from 6.30pm till late, and Sunday 22nd April 10am-5pm.
