Scarborough Art Gallery
25 March - 18 June

Don't miss the launch weekend of Scarborough Museums Trust's new exhibition.
See Lasting Impressions: a selection of works from the Printmakers Council archive exhibition at Scarborough Art Gallery, open to the public from 25 March.

The exhibition features many unseen prints from the archive, offering visitors the chance to view a number of beautiful and rare original prints in the Scarborough Collections.

It comprises work from the archive of the Printmakers Council, for which Scarborough Art Gallery is the repository. After donating a selection of 116 works to Scarborough Art Gallery, in 1992 the PmC proposed the idea of the Scarborough Collections becoming the repository for the Council’s archive and a further donation of 109 works arrived in late 2016.

The Printmakers Council is run by artists to promote and develop printmaking in the UK.
